For reference I’m 41, exercise 4 days a week and originally had about 15 pounds that was/is very reluctant to go away. I’m someone who can stick to an (you name it I’ve tried it) Diet plan & I won’t see 1 pound come off for at least a month.I saw faster results than usual with this Slimquick. I stuck with clean eating (about 1200-1300 calories daily) and did lose 2 pounds a week for the 1st month for a total of 8 pounds but after that I stopped seeing results. I still drink it because I like the green tea benefits & it helps keep the water weight off. I would not say this does much as an appetite suppressant but it gives a little boost of energy without jitteriness. However, those sensitive to caffeine may want to stay away.As for the taste, well that took some getting used to. The flavor is okay it’s just very artificially sweet. If knowing that you think you may not care for the drink then I recommend the Slimquick pills that have the same ingredients.This product is not magic; what diet supplement is? Eating right is a must but it does enhance your efforts.Overall I’m giving this 4 stars because I saw some success with this and others with more cooperative metabolisms may find it works better or longer than it did for me.

Tastes great but….
This actually tastes really good, really really good but it did not do anything for me. Did not curb my appetite at all and I’m pretty sure is why I’ve been bloated since starting. Gave it 3 stars for taste. If you want to give it a try at least you will enjoy it even if doesn’t work for you. Also it doesn’t tear open! There are no perforated lines so you need to use scissors which extremely frustrating when on the go.

Don’t waste your money
After the first day of taking this I lost 7 pounds and was so excited because it tastes good and seemed effective.After the second day, I gained back 5 pounds and then gained back another pound after the 3rd day.I’ve had 3 nights of insomnia and have to urinate literally every 2 hours.It is very disappointing and discouraging to suffer through the side effects without the benefit of losing weight!
