I’ve tried focus factor, nootropics, mushroom coffee. They were Meh! Im always busy. When I have to work on multiple tasks at the same time theres a good chance ill leave several things half done because I got distracted. I didn’t expect much, but when I got in bed after my first day, I was impressed with how organized i stayed. (I took it with breakfast and lunch.) I didn’t notice until the day ended because I felt no difference in my body. The next day I had a KILLER headache, so I grabbed a coffee and had a HOLY CRAP moment when I realized it was a caffeine headache. I didn’t need my caffeine to get moving that first day.Fast forward to day 5. I’m feeling great. We had my sons birthday party at the house.This is how my day went…I cleaned the house, mopped, swept, and vacuumed. Then I cooked a huge dinner for 15-20, and the kitchen was clean when i finished. I grilled chicken, made cream sauce from scratch, regular pasta, garlic bread. Then I tried a keto noodle from a recipe I liked, realize they taste good, but fall apart. I made regular keto noodles, salad, and put appetizers out. Then I went upstairs and got beautiful before guests arrived.The was the best part was my mood! Usually when we have guests, I am super frustrated and fraying at the edges by the time company arrives. I need a little time to woooooosahhhhh. This time, I was like Pshhhh! Easy. I’m definitely going to keep taking it and I ordered more to give my mom and daughter. The women in my family tend to be very go! go! go! all the time. I refuse to let these dissolve in my mouth or anywhere else, but if you do, you’ll know they are legit. Since I’m not all tough and cool like you, I like to swallow the capsules whole before they start to melt. Sure, they probably are more beneficial if you let them dissolve, but I have to ask my self if the universe would WANT me to have bookie-breath or would it just be better that I got as much good stuff in me as I could without being the girl that nobody wants to sit next to in the morning meeting.Now they just avoid me because of my terrible personality, as they should.

Not a bad product. Unsure if I got true benefits. This is a product of Russia NOT HIMALAYANS!
It’s basically a marketing scheme 100%. The name of the company is “Pure Himalayan Shilajit” but you only need to scan the QR code in the pictures included in the Amazon page and on the box. The very first line on the page says “Place of Origin: Russia”. Totally meant to mislead and FOOL everyone. But onto the product itself… The product is not bad and may actually be real shilajit. I personally did not feel any different in terms of energy or overall health BUT I’m convinced bitter flavored products are great for liver and internal detox. I don’t swallow the pills but let them slowly dissolve in my mouth. I like the product and I do think there is legitimacy in it being real shilajit. Just NOT himalayan shilajit. Again, the company is 100% taking advantage of the short attention span of the general public and it feels so wrong to me. Plenty of shilajit product out there and I CANNOT vouch for real himalayan shilajit but I’m hoping I can try the real stuff and see if it helps.

Best Shilajit product by far in Amazon. All other brands are only attempts to sell something and the fulvic acid contents is minimal. This one here has the perfect amount.

Is it real?
I usually use liquid Shilajit. I have Pancytopinia and bruise very easily. If I knock my knee on something it results in a large deep bruises. Shilajit will get rid of them usually within 2 days where as it would usually take weeks. I’ll let you know if it works as well as liquidShilajit . As for the taste Shilajit taste like backside no matter how it comes. Liquid Shilajit can be put into Earl Grey, Lady Grey tea to mitigate the taste. I suppose the pills can dissolve in hot water as well. It won’t hurt the effectiveness. THE ONE THING THAT DOES BOTHER ME IS WHERE ITS PREPARED AND PACKAGED *RUSSIA*. One Russian pharmaceutical company lost their VA contract because they manufactured Dioxin in the same facility. One Morphine pill had enough dioxin in it to kill everybody in the US.
