Great for balance exercise
This is exactly what I needed to continue physical therapy for balance. I gave it 5 stars for stability because it is well built and well balanced. It is designed for balance exercise thus by design is difficult to balance on.

This product will damage your floor surface
Beware!!.. If you use this product on wood, carpet, or tile floors they will be damaged. You have to put some cardboard or a thick rug under this product to keep from damaging your floor. it works great but will damage your floor.
