Methods of Taking Shilajit Resin
There are two methods for you to take the daily shilajit. If you prefer simple and effective way of taking shilajit, please directly place it straight under your tongue to achieve better sublingual absorption.
Alternatively, you could max it with water (up to 40°C) or other beverages (such as milk, tea, honey, etc.) . The resin will naturally dissolved in water without stirring.
Frequency of Taking Shilajit Resin
We suggest taking 4-6 times per week and the optimal duration is 1 to 2 months as a period time. After 1 to 2 months’ consumption, you could take a two-week break and then repeat the consumption period again.
Take Shilajit in this circulating way 2-3 times per year.
TIPS FOR USE:
1. For the first use, if the Shilajit jar is difficult to open, please pour the jar with warm water, then the jar can be open easily.

3. Before removing the protective seal, please put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, which will help to easily remove the Shilajit stuck under the seal.
4. The texture of Shilajit will change according to the ambient temperature. It will become soft and sticky when exposed to heat (warm), and hardened when exposed to cold (cool). If it looks a bit dry, place the container in a warm place for 20 minutes to soften or you can add a little drinking water to it and stir after 2 hours.
5. Please store the shilajit resin in a dry, dark, room temperature (77℉) place.

Good stuff, flavor has some getting used to.
Excellent product! Was doing several weeks worth of research on shilajit and wanted to give it a try. Ordered my first jar of it. I kept my expectations low but was pleasantly surprised when I noticed my energy levels being higher, my recovery time from my workouts shortened, I slept better, during my work hours I was more focused and productive. Flavor may take some getting used to but it’s actually not bad. One suggestion is if you plan to use this supplement long term is that when you finish the jar to take a month break between getting/starting your next jar. This just helps your body regulate your dosages and will give you continued results.

Me and even my gf noticed changes after I was on it and when I went off of it for a week she could tell. I was better in the gym, extra um activities 👀, and it would make my body odor not as bad, worth the money, more energy for sure, the taste I got use too it’s a little strong but that’s because I take it straight. The color is black and thick, also if you’re anemic this helps with iron intake, finally when I run out of this one I’m getting the 2 pack cuz my gf wants it as well. THE TIKTOK ONES ARE NOT GOOD FOR YOU LIKE AT ALL AND THIS ONE TASTES WAY BETTER. You can also put it in tea or water so it’s not as strong that way. You also get three sticks but I lost one. The yellow line is what’s left I’m almost done.

I feel like this is actually helping with my digestion issues.And it also seems like I’ve seen a few parasites come out of me but I’m not super sure. (This isnt marketed as a parasite cleanser, and i find conflicting info on google about its ability to do so, so take that with a grain of salt)For those of you that think supplements should taste good: this doesn’t taste terrible when stirred into a tea, but under the tongue is pretty yuck and the smell is very revolting.But when the goal is health, lots of things dont taste great 😀

Shilajit without breaking the bank.
I have noticed that my sleep quality has drastically improved while taking this and it has increased my libido quite a bit too. I do notice if I forget to take it for a few days I don’t have the same energy and have trouble with my sleeping patterns. So, I would say it works pretty good. If you want to try some shilajit and don’t wanna break the bank, buy this. The taste is rough but stir it in some hot water or morning coffee and it’s good to go. Hope this helps someone.

Sticky tar
I wasn’t sure what I was buying except was told it helps with immunity. This stuff is like sticky tar and has a weird stinky aftertaste. I rather mix with water rather then undertongue.I hope to see effects of longrun. I can not tell the difference yet. Will update later.

Helps with Mental Clarity and Focus
Great product overall. Gives me an overall sense of well being. It’s difficult to describe the effect it has but I’ll try – It’s a subtle mental sensation, like a small ‘head-rush’, but in a good way. Bought this supplement cause I heard great reviews about it on YouTube. I prefer liquid vitamins to pill form as liquid or in this instance the resin absorbs in your system much better. This Shilajit resin I highly recommend if you want to get the best absorption. It has a unique test a bit of herbal taste and salt so I enjoyed it!
