We are giving the selenium to our pit bull, she had painful hips and could barely move around. The vet told us she needed 2 hip surgeries. After a couple of weeks of 1-2 drops of selenium per day on a treat, she is AMAZINGLY better. She is running around playing with our other dogs – shocking difference. Why is this treatment for dogs not well known? My brother in law who is a research scientist recommended we try 1o mg per day and our vet had never heard about it????

Like the product. Purchased some Zinc from this same company in a glass bottle. I assumed this product would also be in a glass bottle because of the high price. I was surprised to discover that it was in plastic. I still use it and am just about out. Not sure if I will purchase again because of the plastic bottle.
