People, I have no idea if this product is safe or effective; I just know that I love the taste. I take one a day, and I wish I could eat the whole container in one sitting ;). Great way to get our vitamin D.
Vitamin D is essential for all of us to take as even if we are out in the sun all day, it is not enough for our bodies. So pleased to find the Nordic gummies and in this larger size. Our family goes through these and I can get those that are reluctant to take the capsule form, take these daily.
