FYI, I almost never write reviews – so this is saying something.This thing is a godsend.I’m a 220lb bodybuilder, very strong, very experienced.Some equipment in the gym, I’m simply too strong for and the loads I need to use are too heavy for me to actually be able to hold down i.e. leg Extension and tricep dip Machine.This belt completely solves that problem. It fully grounds me to the machine when I pull it tight (which i can pull it very tight without its being uncomfortable or feeling like it will rip).Its a must have, really glad i found it.

The buckle does not securely hold the strap after multiple sessions.

Good buy.
An inexpensive way to try Nordic Curls. I use a balance foam pad under my knees on a long dining table bench seat, wrap the strap around the bench and my ankles and go.
