    SO COMFORTABLE-great for sciatica!
I have gone through so many pairs of sandals over the years in trying to find a comfortable pair that have a nice look to them but more importantly the mechanics to support the foot properly where needed so it can do its job in the way it’s supposed to.You don’t think that would be such a hard thing to find until you injure yourself and find yourself in pain on a near constant basis. I have three herniated discs, one protrusion and spinal stenosis coupled with sciatica in both legs courtesy of a motorbike accident years back.Needless to say, shoes are a very important commodity when it comes to proper posture and pain relief or at least subsiding as much as it can in correct stance.I previously had found the Skechers slides to be very comfortable the ones with the extra cushion. However, I noticed after time that standing still in them for too long or being out and about running errands for two big of a period of time my back would start to ache before I knew it.I had a pair prior to those of recovery slides. Just like these that I’m reviewing now where they are supportive and cushioned but the cushion is more solid so you are not stepping on a pillow as much as your stepping on a solid piece of earth. These are luckily just like the original I had in their design and I find these extremely comfortable. They have a good arch support to them and when I wear these around while trying to check off a million things for my list or if I do need to stand in line in place somewhere for a longer periods my back – while it’s still hurts – It doesn’t ache as quickly or as deeply.I am not saying at all that these are a cure all or the answer to sciatica. But I will say that I am a guy that lives in Florida and I work from home. So if I don’t have to wear shoes I’m not going to and the next best thing is having a nice pair of slides to easily slip into and get you out the door. These are perfect in that respect. They’re comfortable and they’re not bad looking either. After owning a pair I have to say I don’t care what they look like. I would wear them anyway. That’s how impressed I am. Also, I will note that I’m leaving this review on a pair that is now my second. I enjoyed them so much. The first time I purchased that I had to buy a backup pair. This is definitely something that is going to remain in my shopping list essentials as long as they make them. And for you larger men out there, thankfully they come in a wide variety of sizes.Normally in a shoe I wear a size 14 and I did purchase these in a 14 but they were not as comfortable and felt like they ran a little small. So I purchased a 15 – It blew my mind that they even carried a size 15 because anyone who has bigger feet knows that is hard to find – But the 15 was perfect.I would definitely recommend sizing up if you’re in between and I highly recommend just picking up a pair and giving them a shot because you’ll definitely be pleasantly surprised and happy with your purchase.

    Surprisingly comfy
So I had just bought some Oofos and wanted to get some slippers to wear around the house. I have a case of plantar fasciitis and hard wood floors, so I need something to cruise around the house in that have some good absorption. With these being about half the price of Oofos, I thought I would give them a shot. I am usually about a 10.5 to 11, so I bought the 11’s. They were way too big length wise and the strap across the top was loose. I thought about sending them back, but remember someone complained about them shrinking when they let them in their hot car. (It may have been a similar slip on, I read a lot of reviews on other sandals). So I decided to risk it and stick then in the oven at 200 degrees for about 5 minutes. They were originally about 3/4” too big and they had shrunk about 1/2” after 5 minutes. I left them in a couple more minutes and let them cool down. They were the right length, but not the strap was uncomfortably tight.Oh no! I thought I had just tossed $30 down the drain. Nothing to lose now, so I put them back in the oven for a couple minutes (enough for them to get very warm, pulled them out of the oven and slipped them on. They were uncomfortably hot on my bare skin, so I put on some very thin socks, sat down and slipped them back on. (I didn’t want to walk around in them and compress the footbed while still warm.) I waited until they cooled. I tried them on again without socks and they fit perfectly! Literally form fitted to my feet.I have been doing a lot of remodeling around my house lately and have been wearing these a lot and my feet do not hurt at all even after 5-6 hours of being on my feet. I only wear these indoors. I would hesitate wearing them out on the hot pavement for an extended period of time, or leaving them in my hot car for fear they will shrink. These are very comfortable! These are not as soft as Oofos, but they keep my feet from getting sore all the same, and they seem like they will not break down as fast as the Oofos. Fingers crossed.

good fit and feel, extra support takes some getting used to after doing barefoot for years
I went with size 9 men’s for my size 10/11 women’s feet. I have wide feet (hereditary bunions since a toddler, both feet both sides) and while my feet are around size 10, the added length in a size 11 actually accommodates for added width. So I am just used to buying 11’s (or 9s in men’s).These fit my feet fine. Not sure how well these will do for side to side narrow width. The up and down width is generous, and may be too much for petite bone structures.I dont wear these with socks outside, but have worn these with socks inside. Fits either way. Material has some give. So you will most likely find that it hugs the foot. Not constricting.Enough length to allow for toe spread and forward reach after the heel to toe roll. So for me I like having the little added length.Ive been wearing minimalist flat shoes for a few years, or going bare foot. I thought that was good for the feet? But then see so much info that barefoot is bad*sigh*. Since I do get some swelling, and I have high arches, I did some researchAnd found that something with good arches should help a lot. So here I am. I chose these over the pricier name brands since the product, material, and function looked similar enough. Taking me a little while to get used to these as my feet arent as comfy compared to being barefoot, but I imagine that is a good thing- y arches are getting support they normally dont get.Kindly Notes:If you are using for sports, please choose normal sizeIf you have narrow feet, choose one size smallerIf your feet are wide, please choose the normal sizeDry sandals in a cool and ventilated place away from the sun.

Being rubber/plastic you feet will sweat. Material just doesn’t breathe. I wear them for putzing around the yard, etc. and my feet always end up slipping around in them. But they are comfortable!!!!

The shoes are made of a very soft material that comfort your feet as soon as you put them on. They also have a bit of an angle to them so that they transfer a lot of the weight of your foot to the ball of your foot which takes the pressure off of your heel and your archway. This helps after both a workout and a bit with my plantar fasciitis. You can feel the sculpting in the foam that helps support your arch. It’s not as much support as my Olukai’s or my orthotics obviously, but I can wear them all day around the house.

El único inconveniente es que al yo tener el empeine alto se me dificulta usarlas con calcetines, de ahí en fuera todo perfecto
