Love Mama Natural! Genevieve Howland is Amazing!
I love Mama Natural / Genevieve Howland! She is awesome! I have her Week by Week Guide to Pregnancy and Childbirth book, and it’s amazing as well! It’s so worth purchasing! I also use her collagen. It’s flavor is great (no flavor, lol), and the variety of collagen from different sources is so great and unique! I already knew I could trust her prenatal! I’m not pregnant yet, so I’m just taking the prenatal to prepare. I can’t vouch for it during morning sickness yet. It is dark brown and smells a bit like vitamins. I don’t burp it up at all, so that’s nice. It’s not as slippery as other vitamins, but still goes down easy. I like that it’s food based and the amounts of everything are really good in my opinion. I also take a slew of Dr. Berg vitamins as well. I also bought Dr. Berg’s prenatal as well (it is in capsule form), and like his also, but I basically only take Mama Natural’s at the moment. I would definitely recommend anything from Mama Natural! Thank you Genevieve! You’re Amazing!

These prenatal multi vitamins are easy to take, don’t have a terrible aftertaste or smell and no funny burps afterwards.Comes in a nice glass bottle but with no padding so one of my 2 bottles broke in transit, this was on Amazon not the vendor. Amazon, please add padding or some kind of protection.

Honestly, I’m loving it. First off, it’s organic and food-based, which is a big win for me. Plus, it’s just one tablet a day, and thankfully, it’s not one of those massive horse pills! These are incredibly hard to swallow and when I cut them in half I just end up gagging on the taste. I am bummed I cannot return these because they were expensive. I liked the idea of the ingredients but unfortunately these are a no go for me.

I’ve tried several different prenatal vitamins, and there’s one thing I’ve found: many of the organic vitamins need you to take multiple pills/tablets per day. Dealing with morning sickness can make it tough to take so many pills.What I love about these is that you only need ONE tablet per day!!I am also very happy with the ingredients — because it’s food-based ingredients, you can feel good about taking these.As a bonus, they are easy to cut in half if you prefer to swallow smaller tablets.

Some prenatals have that awful smell or taste, but these never bothered me. They’re not “horse pills”, and best of all they’re food based, natural, and seemed to be more nurturing compared to others I’ve taken.
