Horrible reaction!!
From the get-go, I felt a little unsure about this product because the smell and taste of the capsules was very strong of chemicals. I hoped it was just from the capsules itself. I started having headaches when I took this supplement which initially wrote off as dehydration. On the third day, I started having indigestion a few mins after taking the supplement and burped a huge cloud of powder three times. One of the times the powder came out my nose and burned very badly. I stopped taking it after that day. The next week I proceeded to have itchy red spots all over my stomach. I’ve taken many other supplements with these same herbs and have never had problems. I would not trust that the ingredients are truthful or if there’s other filler that’s not listed. Very disappointed! This had a negative impact on my already-low milk supply!!

Too pricey.
They worked great. There wasn’t a strong smell. They had everything I needed and more. The only issue I had with them was the price. For the amount in the bottle plus the recommend daily use, the price was not very “wallet friendly”. I took have the recommend daily use to make them last longer, they still worked fine. But after that, I went with a cheaper product with more in the container from Walmart.

I’ve been using this for about 5 months now. My milk supply struggled at first but now it’s flowing great. I now get up to 4oz of milk on each side in the morning and I’ve never had clogged ducts.

I went from 24oz to 38oz per day
This is by far my favorite lactation supplement and I wish they had this in bulk powder form bc I find it absorbs better and causes less gas when it’s baked into things. I make a keto mug cake with almond flour and add 1 or 2 capsules (max 2 a day) to this and it was so much more effective than taking it with meals. I’ve now since put it on a subscription so I’ll never run out. 100/10, will continue to purchase this throughout my ep journey.

Results at a fraction of the cost
I was taking similar supplements in 2 different pills at a cost of $40+ a month. I decided to give this one a try in hopes to save money. I’m over a week in and it’s been working great! Milk supply increased about an Oz a day at 4 months pp. No side effects for me or baby so far!
