I decided to try this brand, because I saw some negative symptoms on reviews with other higher dosage brands. These definitely work. I was crying non-stop because I couldn’t control my sugar cravings and kept binge eating due to trying to juggle full time job and part-time studies. These have certainly helped me say no to the extra helpings of sugary treats and to not feel hungry all the time. Now when I get hungry, I want proper food rather than reaching for the high sugar snacks. I do still eat sugary foods, but nowhere near the amount I was before taking these.
