I’ve been using this Omega 3-6-9 supplement for a while now, and it’s definitely worth it. The price is fantastic for the amount you get, and the softgels are easy to take. I love that I don’t have to restock as often since the bottle lasts a long time. If you’re looking for an affordable and reliable option, I highly recommend this one!

The benefits of using.
If you want energy and longer hair, strong fingernails this is for you. I’m 155 pounds at 5’7 1/5 and must take food with vitamins or I’ll get nausea like i originally did with these but it definitely worked with results…your toe nails will even grow longer, lol, not excited about that however the benefits are far greater! Enjoy the results and the great thing is I don’t even take every day but 3x a week and still reap the benefits. For some reason I noticed I get hungry, not a complaint just an FYI so be sure to have healthy snacks on hand!

Excellent product because it offers me a combination of evening primrose oil with flaxseed and pumpkin oil. Pumpkin seed oil prevents prostrate and urinary incontinence and baldness too. Evening primrose helps to keep skin youthful and healthy,flaxseed oil is good for preventing heart problems. All in all a good combination and 250 capsules are good.
