Say goodbye to the pain, and hello to a more active you. These non-prescription heel cup inserts are designed to sit inside your shoe and support your heel and feet. Heel Seat Foot Orthotics offer Full support with 360-degree motion control for better posture and comfort while standing, walking, and running, and they fit easily into any closed heel shoe. And, you can toss them into the washing machine for easy cleaning.
Most heel pain insoles are designed simply to cushion the bottom of the heel and the arch of the foot. This can slightly reduce pain, but does nothing to treat the cause of the condition. Heel Seats are the only plantar fasciitis insert using the patented and proven Fascia Bar. This unique technology applies targeted acupressure to the base of the heel bone where it meets the plantar fascia ligament, helping to relieve pains and to realign the bottom of the foot to reduce inflammation.
Heel Seats are twice as effective as the next leading brand, and more effective than some custom orthotics. In one study, medically prescribed orthotics only improved pain by 11%. Compare that to the more than 90% success rate that Heel Seats have had over the last decade!
Whether you’re running marathons, walking in your neighborhood, or on your feet at work, these inserts will allow you mobility freedom. Simply slip them into your shoes and go. You could be experiencing pain relief within 1-8 days of regular use.

meaning that it made things somewhat better. A few times after months and months the …
I’ve only had this product for maybe 4 days.I have plantar fascitis and a heel spur that I’ve been dealing with on and off for a few years. I have the $400 or thereabouts custom orthotics, I’ve gotten the cortisone shots, have the tennis ball under my desk, done the frozen water bottles.Everything worked SOMETIME to some extent, meaning that it made things somewhat better. A few times after months and months the pain would actually go away.I will honestly say I thought these heel cups were outrageously priced. I would have thought that $10 – $15 would be a far more reasonable price. I”ve bought heel cups and heel shock supports before and these are significantly more money.nevertheless I bought this.I can report that I’ve now had 4 days pain-free. To be perfectly honest while I’d be upset if these stopped working tomorrow, the four days of ZERO pain are something I probably would pay $6 a day for… so I’ve already gotten my money’s worth.I will nonetheless report back if they stop being effective, which is of course a possibility if my foot gets “used to them” and starts being messed up in a different way.Of course this doesn’t mean these will work for YOU. my podiatrist told me that everything I’ve tried has worked for some significant percentage of his patients so this definitely looks to be one of those “throw everything at the wall and see what sticks” situations. At any rate… in case it helps anyone make up their mind here are more details about my situation:1. plantar fasciatis injury.2. heel spur3. Worst pain in the am when waking up… and stepping out of bed to the point that I’d sometime have to walk on the tip of my right toes to diminish the pain. Yes I own the nighttime splint… I hate it… and I can’t say I’ve seen that help4. Pain also during the day, getting up from a desk after sitting, even for as short as maybe 45 minutes. Not as bad as the pain in the am but definitely something that would cause me to take the first 50 steps slower than I otherwise would5. When warmed up the foot was pretty much fully functional. I do significant amounts of cardio workouts (mostly Zumba) and once my feet have warmed up I can do EVERYTHING the instructor can do at high intensity6. The only shoes I own that I would truly feel comfortable in (AFTER about a week of hating them – I was told it would be this way) is a pair of bierkenstocks (the hard sole…the soft one is supposedly instantly comfortable but overall less supportive)Surprisingly after half a day of wearing these things on saturday I noticed that when I woke up on sunday morning I was in FAR LESS pain than I normally would. monday was even better and this morning I’d say I was pain free. I’m talking when getting out of bed in the am, barefoot on tile. With these on in my sneakers I’ve been 100% walking-pain free (I say walking because I also have some other form of general pain in my heel that comes and goes and that is not pressure-related… meaning it might or might not hurt while I’m walking and it might or might not hurt even if I’m sitting with zero pressure on the foot … this has NOT changed at all over the past 4 days. We’ll see if time heals all heels 😛

I’ve had to be in good orthotics pretty much anytime I’m on my feet at …
I’m recovering from heel spurs/Achilles tendon surgery, which has a one year recovery period. Part of the process is learning to walk again (basically). Also, I was fully or partially off the surgery leg for 3 months, so part of the recovery also includes stretching and strengthening everything up and getting to work together normally again. I’ve had to be in good orthotics pretty much anytime I’m on my feet at the beginning. About 6 months in, small issues (comparatively speaking) with the plantar fascia became noticeable. I’m not sure if the Achilles tendon irritated it or it irritated the Achilles tendon, but towards the end of the day, I would notice all around was unhappy. One of the things I discovered helping when I had been sitting for an extended period was massaging both before I got up; that usually got me moving well and at least relatively pain free within 50 steps. I don’t have full blown plantar fasciitis at this time (first thing in the morning is my best time for example), though I have in the past on this foot.Fast forward, I ran across these in my never-ending search for aids through this process. They kind of act like a foot roller massager or pressure point therapy for the base of the plantar fascia connecting to the heel bone. It is not an arch support. I am finding if I slip them into my socks before putting the socks on, it does a nice job of letting me walk “barefoot” even without arch support, and I get the same effect of getting up and moving smoothly within about 50 steps without doing a plantar fascia massage first. In fact, at this point in my recovery (8 months and going very well, almost feel normal most of the time), these are doing more for me than arch supports. At the beginning, about 2 hours in, the foot can complain a bit but it’s more of a pressure/tired feeling than pain. If I keep using them, that dissipates to a great degree. Over days, that gets less and less, though I still tend to switch shoes all day long, some with, some without, and that works well. I’m still testing that. One last note: I wear these in addition to my orthotics/arch support when present. Because of how they are built, the bump bar lands at the back of the downhill slope of the arch support, so it almost ends up acting like an extension of the arch support. If you are familiar with Vionics Sport Recovery sandals (pretty much the only shoes I could wear for the last 3 years btw), it’s the same type of feeling; that the arch support is moved backward just a bit and the support apex is not lined up to the top of the top of the arch but more with the base of the heel bone. The heel cup part adds very little in the way of height as the base of the heel portion is thin enough to be translucent in the gel version of this. The heel cup does move the foot a tad bit forward in the shoe, but I like that because it takes just a little bit of pressure off the back of the heel.I would tend to recommend the gel version if you wear with good arch support shoes and the non-gel with little or no arch support. I have both.

Gave me relief
I am on my feet all day at work and had issues with foot pain. After trying other insoles with no results I decided to give these a try and after a little time I was experiencing way less foot pain. Not to mention they’re easy to put in any shoe because it’s not a full insert. They last a long time as well.

Kinda Helps
I’ve been wearing these everyday for the past two weeks. And they sort of help. At first it felt like a god send, but the more I wrote them that faded. They have a thicker section that puts pressure on the fascia as you walk, so it’s kind of like a trade off of when you want the pain. For me, without the supports the pain would go away as I went about my day but then flair up at night. With these it’s like it spreads the pain throughout the day so night time isn’t so bad. But the mornings are still very painful, it doesn’t seem to have changed that at all.I’ll probably keep wearing them for awhile as I enjoy not having intense pain at night but I’m not sure their worth the 30-some dollars they charge.

I had an injury with my ankle due to Plantar Fasciitis and this has helped relieve the pain. Great product, I’ll be buying more. Very soft and can easily be transferred from one shoe to another. It doesn’t slip inside and can be used in sports.
