Too expensive, but a decent preworkout
I like this and will continue to use it, so I won’t rate lower than 4/5. It’s a decent preworkout source of caffeine and energy, tastes decent, and has that little bit of capsaicin burn that I have come to enjoy in certain preworkout powders.That being said:- there’s a significant amount of settling in the product, you need to shake the bottle first EVERY TIME you drink it- no beta-alanine- no L-arginineThe formulation misses could be because this is marketed as more of a weight loss product than a preworkout. That being said, if you’re just looking to lose weight the caffeine is the heavy lifter here.

Great taste
I selected the Spicy Rira flavor and really like it.I can’t really tell if it helps burn but I think it provides some extra energy and motivation so that can help burn fat.It does seem pretty expensive ($40 at this time) compared to other similar products but might be a good choice if the offer discounts.

This powder is okay. The taste isn’t great but not horrible. It is hard to get it to dissolve all the way. I also think the price is a little steep for such a small jar. I did notice a difference in energy levels though.

I base my Fat Burning Cycle on a foundation of Yohimbine. This compliments the Yohimbine nicely. This is a great morning product that sets the tone for eating and training later in the day. Or, right before fasted cardio, which works best for me. Main objective: Lean & Mean

Tastes good, burns going down
I tried this before a cardio class. It tasted pretty good. I could really taste the mango. It burned going down though and I was a bit nervous I would have heartburn during my exercises. It ended up being fine, however I didn’t remix in the powder that settled to the bottom as I normally would as I drank it. So, I’m not sure how much of the full benefits I got. I noticed an increase in sweat production during my exercises or so it seemed anyway. I felt more caffeinated as well. I haven’t used it long enough to notice much else.
