Gross flavor, didn’t notice any changes
These didn’t really do anything for me after taking them for a few days that I noticed – but it seems like the effects vary greatly from person to person!The pills are kind of big and do not smell or taste very good for the short time that they have to be near you mouth.I am not an expert on medical supplements, so these might really help you and you might not mind the size/taste at all, but they just didn’t do it for me!

Very Good Cordyceps Supplement
The cordyceps in this product is not a naturally grown wild fungi but has to be grown under special conditions in a factory. The wild type can cost over $20,000 /kg making it the most expensive mushroom in the world. Nonetheless, I think this product probably contains a high content of cordycepin, which is basically the active ingredient people seek in this type of fungus mushroom. This fungus was most likely grown on a wood substrate which is fine, but it doesn’t yield as much as when grown in liquid. I still think this is a very good cordyceps supplement and am glad I got the opportunity to review it. It’s very beneficial to health in many ways and I am assuming you have done your research on the health benefits of cordyceps. I take a blend of medicinal powdered mushrooms and always take extra cordyceps just because it’s so good for health.

Updated: Excellent brand, promising product
Green Roads was one of the first CBD brands I tried, and I was delighted to see they offer mushroom supplements as well! I deal with MCAS as part of my chronic illnesses, and it can be tough to find products that don’t trigger any reactions. So far, I haven’t noticed any adverse effects from these cordyceps capsules, their Lion’s Mane blend, or any of the CBD items I’ve tried.Cordyceps may help with energy, inflammation, immune system, etc. Of course, I’d recommend consulting a professional/doing your own research before adding any supplements to your routine. It may take time for more noticeable results, and I’ll be sure to update this review if I experience any negative effects or notable change in fatigue, etc. Overall, Green Roads is a brand I trust, and I’m interested to continue with this product to see if it provides relief.Update: 4/5 to 5/5. Since I’ve been taking this consistently, I have had some days where the chronic fatigue isn’t as intense. I’d definitely call that a win!

Energy without the jitters
I used to drink coffee in the morning when I need it but I tend to need to use the restroom to go pee far too many times after each cup. I wanted to find an alternative, so I didn’t have to take so many breaks between so I could focus on work, the actual issue I wanted coffee to solve. These capsules have provided the energy I needed to get through the day without me having to stop to use the restroom every 20 minutes. They are easy to transport, since they are pills and I don’t need to keep it cold or warm like I do with coffee. Coffee does provide me with a bigger spark, but these capsules does the job I need. If I need more energy as the day goes by, I’ll just take a couple more of these pills and continue working. I’m sure everyone will have a different reaction to these, but they absolutely work for my needs.

DISCLAIMER: I know NOTHING about mushrooms or their benefits. I did some minor research before ordering this product, but that’s about it. I got these supplements to use as a booster on my weekend early work mornings.I can honestly say that these capsules have done the trick for me! I do feel a boost in my energy and my mood overall, which is exactly what I was looking for.The ingredients (based on my very limited knowledge) seem to be all natural and good for the body, which is a huge plus. I was looking for a healthier alternative to my morning red-bull, and I think I found it!Overall I think this is a great product. I may not know much about mushrooms, but I am very in tune with my body and I can definitely feel a difference between the days I use them and days I don’t use them. 5/5 stars from me!
