First I want to commend the Seller. This item arrived in a hard cardboard case rolled and wrapped with neatly tucked exterior paper taped around it. The poster was protected and arrived in pristine condition. After opening it I am so happy it is the perfect beginner dumbell weights exercise poster for all body muscle groups.

Read through each of these and post it in your gym.Each time that you need a quick walk through on a particular exercise, you’ll find it quickly and you’ll be able to step through the exercise with confidence.An excellent supplement to this poster would be one on “combo” exercises: such as performing a lunge while executing a bicep curl and then alternate. There’s a lot of these out there; would be nice on a poster of equal quality as this poster.

I like the chart, because it gives ideas and exercises to use. The chart is easy to follow. I can choose the exercise for a particular part of my body. I would like it to be a little larger to allow me to see it better. I am a senior citizen and need larger print.

This is a good quality workout poster. I bought it for my sons school project and ended up cutting it up. Which broke my heart. So I ordered another one to put in our home gym. It came rolled up. So I reversed the roll by using my blow dryer to blow warm air on the inside to help flatten it. And it worked like a charm. Just needed 20-30 sec intervals. Didn’t take long at all. Highly recommend!
