I switched to this prenatal because I was looking for a single capsule and a little less expensive. This one had very similar ingredients to the more expensive brand I was taking. I was especially impressed with the amount of methylfolate. And it was important to me (and should be to you) 😉 that this one uses methylated versions of all the vitamins.

These prenatals are so underrated! They had everything I wanted and needed in a prenatal, minus DHA which is easily taken separately. These have methylated folate–the ideal version of folic acid for absorption–and a gentle form of iron which is great if normal prenatals “back you up” like me. They are only ONE pill a day which is fantastic and they come with 60 pills in a bottle so you’re good for two months. It’s so annoying to have to remember to buy prenatals over and over again every single month so that’s a huge bonus for me. And at about $16 for a month’s supply (half the $32 bottle), I’m thrilled with the price for such quality ingredients especially compared to other brands that are more expensive with less gentle, effective, thoughtfully-curated ingredients. I couldn’t be happier with these! Will be looking into other vitamins offered by this brand after pregnancy, too. What a great find!

Best prenatal
I read online that methyl folate is the best, and easiest absorbed form of folic acid, so I decided to give these prenatal a chance. I like them a lot. They don’t make me nauseous like other ones do and are easy to swallow. The only thing o wish was different is that I wish it had dha in it so I wouldn’t need to take a different pill along with it. All in all, these are great pills for someone who suffers from morning sickness and who is nauseous all the time!

I was diagnosed with MTHFR gene mutation 5 years ago and I am now currently 5 months pregnant. I have been on a hunt for a quality, one a day prenatal that is still gentle on my tummy. This one is a game changer for me! Does not smell, easy to go down and doesn’t back me up like other brands. MUST GIVE IT A TRY!

Constipation
I didn’t really see a noticeable difference in energy and day to day nutrition, but I did notice these left me very constipated. I’ve tried many other brands and wanted to try this one for the methyl folate formula. The pill is a dark green oblong pill and they give off a licorice smell and flavor to me. I like the benefits that the vitamins state to provide for those of us who struggle with certain fertility/pregnancy issues and I would try again. I would also recommend as everyone’s body doesn’t work the same, but the only issue I had and disliked was the constipation effects.
