    Great balance training
I have a neurological condition that affects my balance. This balance board is great for training. It is well built. The bottom of the rockers are nonslip and the top of the board is too so you should have no problem using it. The board is big enough for my father-in-law’s size 13 shoes. I love the design. It works for both stretching and for balance training. It also works to entertain my grandchildren.Overall, a great value

Solid, substantial slant and balance board
Coming off of physical therapy, I wanted a balance and slant board to allow me to keep training at home. With a 400 lbs capacity and an extra-wide surface, this is a professional grade board. At $30 (after coupon), this is also an excellent value. For enhanced stretching and balance training, this is an excellent addition to any home DIY kit. Highly recommended.

Five stars with one minor improvement
This balance board is a great addition to our workout room. It’s super sturdy even for plus sized people. The design is innovative – the rockers on the bottom can be repositioned quickly because the posts are magnetic! It takes just a few seconds to switch directions of the rockers from side to side to front to back rocking motion, giving a more thorough workout.I also like that it has thick felt on the corners to protect floors and give a softer landing. The bottoms of the rockers have rubber grips so there’s no slippage when you’re actually on the board. The foot plate has a roughened sandpaper-like surface so you’ll want to use shoes or yoga socks. The one thing I wish they had done was to make the incline boards magnetic too. When you want to stretch your calves you have to disconnect the rocker pieces by unscrewing them and then insert the incline pieces and tighten the screw. They did use knobs to make it easier but adding additional incline plates similar to the rockers with magnetic posts would be so much easier.

A new experience – uses different muscles
I’ve never had a balance board before, so I thought I would give this a try. I would like to strengthen my ankles and knees to stay strong as I get older, so this seemed like a good tool to work them. I was right! The rocking inserts were really easy to plug into the magnetic slots and I tried them placed both vertically and horizontally.Since I’m new to this, I set the balance board near an immovable piece of furniture to be able to hold on and steady myself. Good thing I did! I stepped on the non-slip surface but was still a little wobbly and shaky at first until my muscles figured out what I was doing. But once I got going, I got the hang of it and started rocking back and forth (rockers placed vertically) and side to side (rockers placed horizontally). It definitely uses different muscles than I’m used to using – which is good! That’s exactly what I wanted to experience. After a few minutes, my ankles, calves, and even hamstrings could feel the effort so I knew I was strengthening those muscles. I could even feel my hips and lower back engaging, which will strengthen them as well. I even tried swinging my arms while rocking, which made me feel like I was dancing – fun to do with music on!This seems like a super easy exercise to do and yet a super important exercise to do for those of us getting up in age who want to keep our legs and hips strong so we can stay mobile. I suppose it could even be done in a sitting position if someone needed to strengthen their legs but didn’t want to do it standing. Many different exercises and stretches can be done with this board either using the rockers or the static wedges to make it more of a slant board (great for stretching the calves). Very well-made and sturdy piece of equipment with nice rounded edges. Highly recommend!

    Versatile Balance Board
I’ve used a balance board in physical therapy, so I thought I would get this one to have at home. I have Parkinson’s Disease, and I would like to strengthen my ankles, knees, and hips to maintain my balance for as long as possible as my disease progresses. This seemed like a good tool to work use for that goal.Since I have balance issues already, I make sure that I hold on to something stationary such as a chair, counter, or wall. My goals are to gradually do without holding on for longer periods of time. This balance board is very versatile! I like how you can change the rocker’s directions to work different muscles. It is also useful for stretching out those muscles after I work them. This is a very well-made and sturdy piece of equipment with a non-slip surface. Highly recommend!

    Didn’t last a full 24 hours
This broke on me within less than 24 hours. One of the pegs snapped on the black plastic runners. The whole board came out from under me and I fell flat on my back, luckily I do not seem injured

2-in-1 Balance Board and Slant Board
I really love incorporating this board into my workouts. It can be used stationary and slanted for squats, or rocking as a balancing board (worked muscles I forgot I had). It’s stable and not fragile. Definitely recommend
