I’m new to the yoga wheel game but so far it’s been more intense and more stretching than my yoga hammock. I feel like it’s going to be great for toning and flexibility. Wonderful for back pain relief also.

I was using this product when it broke. I’m a 185 lb guy so I would’ve expected that it could handle my weight. Luckily didn’t get hurt, but I wouldn’t recommend this dangerous product.
