Easy to swallow
These are easy to swallow pills and I’ve never had any aftertaste, burps, or difficulty digesting them. I can have that with some capsules, so this is a plus and I definitely notice it’s absence! I haven’t experienced any bad side effects. I got this to help me balance my blood sugar, raise my metabolism and lose weight. I haven’t been taking them long enough to really know if they are helping or not. I’ll update this review when I know more.

It does not work
This product is made in Taiwan. It contains 60 capsules, and can last a month if taking two capsules perday as directed. It expires on Nov 19, 2026. Upon opening the bottle, I can smell cinnamon. Although thisproduct has lots of great ingredients that support blood sugar such as cinnamon, bitter melon, chromium, it’s somehow not effective in reducing blood sugar, maybe due to the proportion or blend. On Jan 19th, before meals and taking this medication, my blood sugar level was 99 mg/dL. I faithfully followed thedirection and took two capsules per day for a week. When I measured my blood sugar again today beforemy breakfast in the morning, it is now increased 17 mg/dL. I’m not too surprised about this increase if Ihave to go to bathroom more often in the middle of the night. I don’t expect a magic decrease of myblood sugar within days, but I don’t expect a sharp increase so quickly either. It definitely cannot competewith curry leaf extract or black seed oil. I will not buy this product again. Not recommended.

Easy to swallo Supplements
These pills are easy to swallow and don’t really have too much of a taste. So if you’re looking to get more Bitter Melon as well as Cinnamon and Chromium these pills seem to fit the bill. Haven’t really seen any major effects either way, positive or negative, however.

This was an easy pill to swallow. I had no side effects from using them. I also had no after tastes after taking them. These are cost effective for me.
