Worth a Try!
I was an extremely satisfied user of Toniiq’s Lion’s Mane product to mitigate nerve damage. Based on this positive experience with the Lion’s Mane supplement, I purchased Toniiq’s Turkey Tail product. This was my first time use of any Turkey Tail supplement. I wanted to try it as preventative tool to support my immune system. Just like the Lion’s Mane product, I found Toniiq’s Turkey Tail of very high quality. I finished the bottle without any adverse side effects, which is a huge plus as I tend to have an uber sensitive system. During this time, I didn’t experience any of the normal flu like signs/symptoms that tend to appear in the winter season. I plan to take this product in the future and hope to see continued benefits to my immune health through the season.

Handy When Using Powder Not Practical
With debate going on in the scientific community over whether mycelium is essential in a mushroom or if the fruiting body is all one should take, I do both. The powder forms are easy to eat when mixed with hummus. I also add the powdered form to broth, gravy, pot roast, and more. This stuff is spendy but I trust this brand from independent research. I use it for the usual health reasons that others have and choose to use Turkey Tail.

Easy to swallow capsules. Also easy to open if you want to sprinkle over food. I usually buy bags of loose mushroom powder (single or a blend of various mushrooms) and add it to coffee, tea, oatmeal, smoothies, or sipping broth. I bought these capsules in hopes of providing support to my 7 years old lab with lymphoma. Terminal, but my aim was to give her as many good days as possible. That was 42 days. Really good days overall, but we scheduled Lap of Love for her a few days ago. Better a week early than a day late. In our case, we knew she was getting tired and gave us a look that told us so. We helped her in the most loving way possible. Did turkey tail supplement help her? I can’t say for sure. We knew that no matter what we did the outcome would be the same. I can say that she was happy to eat it in her food, loved her food, snacks, playing outside, seemed relatively comfortable for nearly every single day up until the few hours before scheduled visit. It is like she knew.I had been taking these alongside with her. The chronic stress of her illness (and knowing the terminal nature) as well as the sudden passing of her older but smaller beloved feline brother in the midst of all this really just took everything out of me. I knew I needed to take extra better care of myself. I already do a variety of supplements, but I wanted to nail down the ones I find most meaningful. Mushrooms are important to me with such a great amount of information and medical research behind them. I figured I would just take the same as what I was giving her. It helped to do capsules because some days I just didnt want to bother with extra effort of mixing powder into anything. I was running on empty. For her, I was able to open the capsules and sprinkle into food. Very appreciative of the ease of options here.I take 2 per day, or 4 if I remember a second dosing. I do not know if it has helped any. It is March 4th as I write this, and every single day of 2023 has been stressful. While I dont get ill easily, I figured the constant stress could wear me down. So far, nothing has cropped up that I am aware of. I’m in my late 40s, so being extra keen on how my body handles things is important. Very different than when in 20s.Tolerating it well. I dont notice any flavor. Really no scent either. When I would open one up to put in her food, it just had a pleasant meaty/umami aroma. But very subtle and only because I was smelling for it.I was comfortable enough in taking these (despite no surefire signs that this was helping me) that I ordered a second bottle. I am close to ordering a 3rd. Think I will continue with these as I like having the capsule option when I dont want to bother with powder. These swallow down so easy that I dont even feel like I am taking supplements. Though I do wish they had loose powder available too.I am favorable now to this brand, and have been sniffing around other options. If I learn anything new or experience anything worth sharing I will be back to update.

I can’t believe in what I see!
I’ve waited 2 weeks before leaving a review to see some results. I’ve been struggling with internal and external hemorrhoids for a decade now. In the past couple of years, it has gotten so bad that I had issues with it (bleeding) almost every week. I started to take this capsule two weeks ago (2+2 per day) and NOTHING ever since!! No issues whatsoever, not even signs of any swollen veins, zero….nada! It might be another reason for this and I’m wrong with my assessment here (who knows), but I’m simply stating what I see with my own eyes. I have not changed my (usually healthy) diet, exercise, or anything, the only difference in the past two weeks is this product.
