Holy…. this should seriously come with a warning
So first off, yes it works. And it works very very well. I can NOT complete the 15 days because it’s honestly painful and the constant bathroom breaks are unbelievable.It does get rid of bloating, and I feel like it helps with weight loss to kick start you. But it’s annoying because you’re literally a slave to the bathroom. I am a regular I don’t really ever deal with constipation, my true motives are weight loss. And I feel like it really works to kick start your diet and help you remove all the unnecessary stuff so you can feel light and fresh.But the process is almost torture, at least for me it feels like torture. I hate this happening to me at work, several times an hour I had to run to the bathroom taking this at night like it says… I ended up counting down how many hours it took for me to become a slave to the toilet. For me it’s 8hrs so I started counting down for the cramps to happen around the time I get home from work. But unfortunately it’s never accurate to the countdown, and the constant bathroom breaks last for several hours I’ll be up several hours at night. I always have to literally run to the bathroom. But the cramps are the worst! It’s so paintful!!!!I started this 4x already and couldn’t finish the 15 days but I have been taking notes to my experience. What I did notice is that if you eat healthy and drink a lot of water it’s not as horrible. So it motivates me to eat clean and stay hydrated so I won’t suffer. You guys may think I’m being dramatic but I swear this stuff is awful. I can’t tell you how many times I almost cried, if it wasn’t for my spouse in the other room saying “I told you so” to not take this because they make me go to the bathroom so often in a hurry, and Neenah i grunt in pain. My spouse wonders why I am torturing myself. I also wonder the same thing.. lolI know this is TMI, but it smells so bad too when I’m in the bathroom, that’s another thing that sucks like at work I run to the other bathroom away from my office so I won’t raise suspicion of leaving that awful smell behind lol!The reason I mention that is because it never smells that bad like me in general, and it makes me feel that all the “bad” stuff is getting flushed out, just like it advertises. So remember, don’t trust your farts, maybe do yourself a favor and start it on a weekend when you don’t work so you can test the waters and see if you can handle it, or if you’re a big baby like me. When you wipe go easy on yourself lol cause friction you know. You’ll be wiping so often you’re going to given yourself a rash or make it feel like it’s a rash! Buy some of the flushable wipes. And get ready for a 15 day trial of hell. I laughed when amazon asked me if I wanted to take a picture for my review, lol. Umm no thanks ill traumatized you guys with pictures.

In a class of its own
I have very slow digestion and a preoccupation with staying regular. If I don’t make moves in the morning I’m going to have a bad day, but when I do the birds are singing and sun is shining all the live long day. So my diet and my general routines revolve around promoting my gut health and being regular. I have tried any and every product and formula on God’s green earth, and this is The One.I have used this off and on for about 18 months and can honestly say my quality of life is better when I am taking it. The first stretch was definitely the most dramatic and I lost at least five pounds right away- like within a week. I had an experience that aligns with many other reviews regarding frequent trips to the bathroom and having to tone it down to one capsule after a couple days. But after several cycles I have tips I believe are of value for first timers:I have seen a couple reviews from people who take it in the morning and cannot overstate how horrible of an idea that is. Do not.-Do your best to eat a little healthier leading up to your first day (night). The less ultra-processed foods the better. Cooked vegetables are better than raw salads. Eat fruit. Avoid dense cheeses. Drink lots of fluids and try to have liquid meals when possible. All of this will help reduce cramping, pain, and gas.-Take it as close to bedtime as you can and on a night when you can take your time the next morning. Take with about 16 oz water or tea. It might wake you up around the 7-8 hour mark. Be prepared to use the bathroom immediately after your first fluids of the day.-Plan to have a smoothie or other liquid breakfast your first couple days. It might go right through you but it’s better than adding fuel to the fire with solid food.-Hydrate hydrate hydrate-Keep healthy and whole foods around. Fruit is your friend and it hydrates on a cellular level.-Listen to your body and don’t pressure yourself to finish the 15 days in one shot. Take a break and you can go back to it.It may be uncomfortable at first but the results are so worth the benefits. A cleanse like this won’t just help you lose baggage and water weight but it will also reduce cravings and increase your energy. Ride the wave!

It works fast!
As someone who deals with irregularity on a regular basis, I’m so glad I found this product. It works! It works quickly (I’d say within 30 minutes). It was not painful and I usually have pain after bouts of constipation due to my very unfriendly relative, whom I call Chester, who likes to hang out at the back door. Sometimes he brings his friends. They are not welcome here. I had this product in my cabinet for a while and today was the day….and I’m empty of all the toxins. I feel great. I don’t think I’ll do the 15-day cleanse but just use this product as needed. It’s way better than a so-called gentle laxative that you take at night (and suffer through stomachaches all night) to wait until the next day for relief. I will continue to keep this available and would recommend.
