Need 6 daily in divided doses
Started out w/just 3 daily but after several weeks my health care practitioner moved my dose up to 6 daily because there’s so much in there I really need as I fight to stay upright while osteoporosis works in earnest to make my bones look like Swiss cheese. My mother started bending over—dowager’s hump—despite being an active gardener, walking, and working full time until she was 87. She lived to be 100, though, and never broke a bone until shortly before she passed. Thanks to being able to see my DNA, knowing family history, & empirical evidence, I now know my bones also need Jarrow’s K-Right & even more Vitamin D3, plus iodine & thyroid hormone, too. It’s a wonder I don’t sound like a maraca when I walk but I can’t handle those osteoporosis drugs.

    Has helped my period cramps
I looked up Boron and apparently it’s good for menstrual cramps. I have experienced a night and day difference in pain each month since taking these multiminerals. I also started taking a kelp supplement for my thyroid, which happens to also be high in magnesium, which could be adding to the strength of these minerals. Would highly recommend trying for a month or two for anyone dealing with awful menstrual pain!

    Legit product
I would suggest anyone doing keto use these. I am older and have been doing keto for years with good results. Not only do these trace minerals help you not get keto flu but also help in weight loss. I was stalled for a month and read about taking trace minerals. Well I tried it and it has work with great results. 100%

Well-balanced mineral supplement from a company I trust.
Bluebonnet supplements offer great value for the price. This is a high-quality, comprehensive mineral supplement that doesn’t overdo it. Best of all, it is gluten, soy and corn free!
