First, the product is perfect! I originally ordered just one to try it – and found it was the ticket for some of my health issues so I ordered the batch of 4 this time. No side effects and gives me the energy uplift I need each day; plus, it lessens the ringing in my ears as long as I take it regularly and take the recommended dosage for tinnitus which according to my health professional is 240 mg daily. i buy these for my parents to take, and they love it. they swear that they think quicker, and are able to recall more. maybe it’s placebo, maybe it’s true. either way, it’s a small price to pay for my parent’s state of mind.

I bought this product because of my interest in improving my hearing, but discovered from other reviews here that it is also credited with improving memory. Well I began noticing improved memory after 1 weeks’ use, and I don’t believe I’m mistaking this. I tend to take 2 caps a day (12-hours apart), and so for this reason alone I’m pretty glad. I don’t give it 5-stars yet (I’ll change it later) because I want to wait another month and see if certain signatories help me to know with more certainty that I’m not imagining things. But like I said, right now I am fairly convinced that it is doing just that. Regarding hearing, my hearing has not improved.
