Overall, I like the Berberine supplements. I do not know how long it takes to notice any benefits.
I have tried the Berberine gummies and I felt that they worked well.This is my first bottle of piles. So far, I have not noticed any positive or negative issues with these yet, in the time I have been using them.They are a larger capsule, but not too big.

Everyone is joining the bandwagon in using Berberine. The ingredients seem fine and the dosage is good. After a couple of months it’s hard to determine the benefits but I’m pleased with the quality of ingredients.

I have been using the this for about a month, and I am genuinely impressed with the formula and the results I have experienced. Since starting this supplement, I have noticed a significant improvement in my blood sugar management, which is important to me as I deal with mild insulin resistance. Berberine is the latest hot topic when it comes to supplements. You can research web sites and videos to see what is being said about its benefits and possible side effects. Most of what I found was very positive.Also, the list of added ingredients is impressive as well. This listing states they use “premium ingredients, and each batch of berberine supplement undergoes rigorous third-party testing for authenticity, purity, and potency”. I assume all the other ingredients undergo third-party testing as well, maybe it’s just worded awkwardly.Recommended serving size is 3 capsules. I’ve started with one capsule per day until I’m sure I have no unusual reactions or side effects. So far it’s been fine.With the pricing (~$26/month at the time of this review), I may not be able to take the full suggested dosage, as my budget doesn’t always allow. I’m hoping a lower dose is still of value.I wish we had access to the testing results (other suppliers have displayed the 3rd party test results of the current batch on the Amazon listing which is convenient), and the location (country) of the labs where the testing is done. This leads me to be cautious about ingesting something I’m not sure I can trust completely. I guess I’m picky that way. Please tell us more.

Not a fan
Upon opening the bottle, these capsules smelled awful. I take them for support with my blood sugars being a type one diabetic. I had to take three times the dose to even get half the effect that the gel caps of berberine give me. I was not very impressed and saw Again, no results, until I tripled my dose. Very disappointing and would not purchase this product in the future.

Correct amount in bottle, not sticking together, easy to swallow
As the title suggests, these arrived with the correct number in the bottle. The capsules were not stuck together, as some others have been. They are standard capsule size and easily swallowed. I don’t keep them in my mouth long enough to taste them, so I can’t comment on that.As I don’t own a laboratory, I can’t attest to the accuracy of their content claims. I also cannot tell you if they work at this time. It has not been long enough and frankly, each supplement will impact each person differently, so what works for me, might not work for you. It’s best to approach the use of any new supplement, with an open unbiased mindset.I will report back only if I experience no effect or adverse effects.
