The Best Vitamins!!
These are by far the best women’s multivitamins I’ve tried — and I’ve tried several different brands. These are the only ones I’ve had that include iron and some other additional supplements I need to take regularly, so now instead of taking several different pills, I can just take two tasty little gummies! The flavor is really pleasant and I can definitely feel a difference in my energy levels since I began taking them. I hope they become mornpopukar so I can buy them in stores too!

I have been struggling with getting my vitamins in since having bariatric sleeve surgery 3 months ago, the taste of most gummies bother me, the texture of capsules make me want to barf, and the thought of taking vitamins in general is just unappealing. I even resorted to patches because I didn’t want to take anything orally. BUT these gummies are amazing! They are not over powering taste wise and don’t taste fake. They don’t have a weird texture, and even if they look hard, they aren’t! They could be softer but they still are great! The price is higher than some, but I will pay that price any day now because I’ve finally found a vitamin that doesn’t disgust me. I haven’t completed any labs yet, so I don’t know their absorption, but I believe they have helped my energy in comparison to what it was previously. I also take a hair skin and nails vitamin gummy every day too. This gummy is overall a great option for anyone who doesn’t want a gross vitamin/nutrient taste in a vitamin supplement or an overwhelming fake fruit taste. Highly highly recommend to fellow bariatric patients and even those who arent.

Good overall, but it won’t wow you
These are okay. The taste is good, although not the best I’ve ever tried. The gummies really cling to my teeth, but maybe not as badly as a chewy caramel candy or something similar. The best thing about this product in my opinion is that it is both vegetarian and sugar free. I would buy it again for those two reasons.
