I take two anytime I’m around someone who is sick or when I just start to see any signs that I’m getting a cold… I’ll continue to take them every 8 to 10 hours until I don’t feel anymore symptoms. Sometimes it’s only for 24 hours. I would not recommend taking them daily like a vitamin. Defeats the purpose of boosting your immune system when you need it most. I’ve been following this patter for years with this product and I rarely get sick. 🙂
