No one can take trace minerals and give a report right after or even after a small period of time Like so many other supplements, pills, etc, it can take months for any effects to be seen with some things and trace minerals do not change your life in a flash!I will, however, state that the instant I opened it up, I was smitten with the scent of limes and it smelled like lime sherbet! It rather tasted so, as well. Do they melt quickly? Yes, in my experience in two days, they sure did. I believe these to be good quality and should live up to their claims. And they are yummy! I see no reason not to try them out!

A brand that I have used before. Good absorbable salts and other trace minerals. It is not just enough to drink water, we need the minerals to hold the water in and that is a constant battle for me. No ill effects that I can speak of. Seems to settle well on my stomach. I normally take a daily Himalayan Salt complex but THIS has been working well in replacement. No complaints or regrets.

Kal is a great quality supplement brand, these dissolve easySo be sure to read the label here I actually swallowed a few before doing so and then realized these are supposed to dissolve like a lozenge type. It dissolves in about 10 – 15 seconds. Flavor is lemony at least the one I got is. Recommended way to get those trace minerals that you can barely get nutritionally anymore due to mass commercial farming draining it from the soil! in health : )

Good Tasting, Quick Dissolving Trace Minerals
First these trace minerals taste good, they have a nice lime flavor and dissolve quickly. We’ve known about the KAL brand for a while and have used another of their products for a long time, so we consider them to be a good brand.I like the idea of getting trace minerals, these are the minerals you body needs and uses in small amounts that are often not found in other supplements. The one complaint I have about this product is that it doesn’t tell you what trace minerals are in the product. A few examples are mentioned on the product page, but the actual contents and amounts are not mentioned.Due to the nature of trace minerals being found in trace amounts and their sources being natural environments with lots of different things in them, it may not be possible to identify all of the ingredients, but testing should be able to identify the things that are more commonly found. It also does not identify the source. I suspect the source may be the Great Salt Lake in Utah since the company is located in Utah. That lake has been collecting minerals for millennia and should be an excellent source for trace minerals.

Supplement trace minerals our body needs
Iron, copper, zinc, manganese, iodine, chromium and selenium are examples of trace minerals that we need to extract from the environment. These 10mg supplements will fill any gap that I may have in my diet for these minerals. I don’t see any interactions problems with these supplements.I’ll give these lime-flavored supplements a try.

This product doesn’t taste too good and it takes quite some time to dissolve under your tongue. I ended up chewing it to expedite the process.
