I’ve tried saw palmetto products from many manufacturers (including several saw palmetto products from this company). I have found that this SPECIFIC product is FAR more effective than any product from any manufacturer … including this manufacturer. Believe me, THIS is the product to buy. Part of the key, I suspect, is that this (and a few other) products are “berry extract”, not just material from other parts of the saw palmetto plant. While this is by far the best product I’ve tested, all the others that were “better than most others” were also “berry extract”. Save yourself a lot of hassle … just buy this product. 🙂 And yes, I have no financial or other connection to any company. I’m just someone who consumes these products.

Good product…Price rapidly increasing
I have used this product for some years with reasonable results. It does help marginally with an enlarged prostate reducing the umber of trips to the bathroom at night. I bought two bottles of this item in June 2018 for less than $16 per bottle. Today (November 24th) I was going to reorder but found the price has increased to more than $25 per bottle. Recommended dosage is two capsules of 160 mg per day. Instead of ordering this item at that price I selected a competitor that sells 450 mg capsules requiring only 1 capsule per day. I will give this item a try and see if it performs in a similar manner. If it does and the price of Solaray saw palmetto stays high or even increases more I will stay with the alternative I found.

It may appear expensive but unlike other choices the daily dose is one capsule versus others that require as many as four capsules to meet the daily dose. When you do the math Solaray comes out ahead and is an easier capsule to swallow

I think this works, if you need it.
I felt that I was having some prostate issues, and so I decided to try this particular product. I found that it does seem to work, and in a few days, I no longer had any issues. I have subsequently started taking other supplements which are more holistic in effect, and so I have subsequently felt that I no longer need this, but I would use this again if I had the same problems.
